Full Time Accounting Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Gold Haovest Grocery Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with relevant accounting experience will have an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Autocount) is an advantage.

Good attention to detail and numerical skills.

Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Assist with daily accounting and finance administrative tasks.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

Follow up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.

Assist in monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors and relevant departments when required.

Perform other accounting duties assigned by the management.
