Full Time Lead QAQC Engineer Jobs, in Airswift Johor - Maukerja

This opportunity is focused on leading quality assurance and quality control activities across a complex offshore EPC project environment, with oversight of topside and hull quality performance. The role is centred on ISO 9001 compliance, project quality planning, audit coordination, NCR management, and inspection oversight to support successful delivery against contractual and statutory requirements. This position offers broad exposure to cross-functional quality leadership, subcontractor performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within offshore oil and gas production and processing facilities.

Required Education

• B.Sc. or B.E. degree in a relevant branch of engineering or equivalent
  
  

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in project quality planning, supervision, and design work associated with offshore oil and gas production and processing facilities
• At least three FPSO project experiences
• Experience coordinating quality assurance activities across complex EPC topside activities
• Experience supporting vendor and subcontractor quality documentation and performance review
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems within the oil and gas industry
• Ability to establish and implement project quality plans aligned with ISO 9001 and contract requirements
• Experience in NCR management, root cause investigation, corrective action tracking, and quality KPI analysis
• Knowledge of welding, non-destructive testing, classification requirements, and relevant codes and standards
• Ability to plan, organise, coordinate, and delegate inspection and quality control activities effectively
• Capability to conduct site surveillance, walkabouts, internal audits, and support external audits
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills across project teams, engineering disciplines, subcontractors, and quality representatives
