• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or SPM in any field
• Having 3 year experience of Ticket Operation in Travel Agency
• Having knowledge of Ticketing System (Sabre)

Key Responsibilities

• Ticket Issuance: Booking and issuing airline and rail tickets using dedicated systems (such as GDS like Sabre) in strict accordance with client reservations.
• Fare Calculation & Rule Verification: Computing airfares, taxes, and service fees, while strictly verifying and applying rules regarding ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Voucher & Itinerary Management: Preparing, managing, and issuing hotel confirmation vouchers, tour coupons, and other necessary travel documents.
• Data Processing & Coordination: Inputting data accurately based on requests from sales teams or clients, and handling sudden schedule changes or cancellations efficiently.
