We are expanding our team and looking for Property Sales Agent to focus on promoting the current Project. You will be responsible for promoting the project, handling buyer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Promote our project unit
• Handle buyer inquiries and follow up on leads
• Conduct project briefings, site visits, and presentations
• Advise clients on pricing, packages, and eligibility
• Negotiate and close property sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain good relationships with buyers and team members

Requirements

• Experience in property sales or direct sales preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Own transport
