• Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.

• Minimum of 1 years of Indoor Sales Coordinator, preferably within a related industry.

• Exhibit strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Proficient in negotiation techniques with the ability to secure favorable outcomes for the company.

• Possess excellent customer relationship management (CRM) skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Mandarin, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

• Must be willing to work full-time and be based onsite in Klang.

• Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales, with a strong focus on achieving results.

• Ability to independently manage sales territories and develop effective sales strategies.

• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to move prospects through the sales funnel.

• Language: Mandarin (Preferred)

1. Responsible for indoor sales operations including customers incoming call, quotation and negotiation.

2. To provide internal sales support to sales team which including confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and others relevant document.

3. To handle sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders.

4. To provide administrative support to sales team.

5. To assist in filing documentation.

6. Co-ordinate clients needs and complaints with relevant departments.

7. Assume any other duties from time to time.
