Full Time SERVICE CREW - SKUDAI Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Ayam Gepuk Oasis Johor - Maukerja

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly, polite and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure all orders are communicated clearly to the kitchen.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to the restaurant's standards and customer preferences.
• Handle cashier duties, including operating the POS system and processing customer payments.
• Ensure all sales transactions are recorded correctly and report any cashier discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests and complaints politely and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs and floors.
• Clean and organize the cashier counter, beverage station, equipment and utensils at all times.
• Refill tissues, cutlery, drinking water and other dining essentials when necessary.
• Monitor beverage ingredients, packaging and restaurant supplies to ensure sufficient stock availability.
• Assist in restaurant opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning and arrangement of the outlet.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizens only and minimum age of 18 years old.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is an advantage.
• Able to communicate fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess good communication and customer service skills.
• Maintain good personal hygiene, grooming and professional appearance.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
• Must have a valid typhoid vaccination and complete Food Handler Training with a valid certificate.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
