Full Time Retail Training & Development Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Senheng Electric (KL) Selangor - Maukerja

Education:

• Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent.

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience, preferably in retail support field (SOP and Talent Management).

• Personal Mastery Skills such as Confidentiality, Multitasking and etc.

Main purpose:

Help make sure retail operations run smoothly and comprehensive.

Monitoring Outlet Communication & Feedback

• Ensure adequate communication with the outlet staff by prepare weekly operation briefings, share HQ updates with outlets, and prepare memos and announcements.

• Communicate with the outlets and bring their issues to HQ, establish structured channels for outlet feedback, issue escalation and resolution.

Coordinate Training & Manage SOP & Records

• Make sure employees get trained and certified, by arranging their training, track their attendance,  tests and certification, and follow up with the staff who haven't completed their training.

•  Keep retail information accurate and organised by keeping SOPs updated, maintain the operations handbook, keep training records and organise documents accordingly. 

Support in Digital Projects and New/Upgraded Outlets

• Help make sure new stores are ready to operate by check training, stock, SOP and system readiness, andtrack problems during opening.

• Help implement new systems, test digital tools, maintain digital information, and collect feedback from outlets on the outcome of the implemented new system.

Monitor Stock & Follow Up on Actions

• Keep an eye on stock problems by checking stock reports, highlight stock shortages or excess stock, and report inventory problems.

• Ensure tasks are followed through, track what needs to be done, remind responsible people, and update the HOD on progress.
