Full Time ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE ACCOUNTING Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in FATMAMA BAKERY SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Handle full set of accounts including AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable),
• Manage invoicing, billing, and payment collections
• Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assist with audits, tax filings, and financial analysis

Retail & Business Operations:

• Oversee daily retail transactions and ensure proper recording in the system
• Monitor sales performance and stock movement
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams on financial matters
• Maintain proper documentation for retail sales and expenses
• Support business decision-making with financial insights

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting (retail experience is an advantage)
• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount)
• Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
