Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, drive sales growth, and build strong client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's market presence, generating sales leads, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Generate sales leads and actively approach potential clients and business partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve business targets.
• Promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate business deals and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and convert potential leads into successful business deals.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates on business development activities.
• Attend weekly reporting sessions at Antara Genting Highlands.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented, with a strong interest in sales and business development.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a work-from-home environment.
• Good relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage.

Terms and Conditions

• This position is offered on a one-year contract basis.
• The role operates under a work-from-home arrangement, with one mandatory on-site reporting day per week at Antara Genting Highlands.
