Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the overall daily operation of the outlet, supervising employees, maintaining service and operational standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily outlet operations.
• Assign duties and work stations to team members according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming and work performance.
• Lead, motivate and support the outlet team to achieve operational targets.
• Ensure food, beverage and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Monitor stock levels, wastage and usage of outlet supplies.
• Assist with stock receiving, stock checking and inventory control.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards are maintained.
• Ensure all Company SOPs, policies and operational procedures are followed.
• Coach and provide feedback to employees on their performance.
• Report operational issues, staff matters, stock discrepancies and other concerns to Management.
• Support training and onboarding of new employees.
• Assist Management in implementing operational improvements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
