Full Time Development Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 9,000 in Rifeng Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Process Support & Documentation: Provide comprehensive process support for factory production, resolve technical process issues, and develop process control documents, process cards, and work instructions (SOPs).

Project R&D: Execute daily R&D tasks in accordance with product development plans and roadmaps.

Material & Formulation Optimization: Conduct experiments, optimization, and introduction of raw materials and formulations.

Standard Compilation: Compile product technical standards, formulation standards, and raw material specification cards for plastic products based on technical requirements.

Cost Reduction & Performance Improvement: Propose, develop, and implement improvement plans for plastic products to reduce costs and enhance performance.

Reliability Verification: Collaborate with the PhD team to conduct targeted long-term reliability verification for plastic piping systems.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of R&D experience in polymer-related industries, such as plastic modification, plastic pipes, or cables.

Personal Attributes: Upright, highly responsible, and hardworking. Excellent communication, execution, and teamwork skills.
