Candidates should have an SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field

2 years of sales experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Active listening to understand customer needs and respond appropriately

Good negotiation skills to deal with clients

Strong networking skills to build long-term business relationships

Attending walk-in or call-in customers with passion

Identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

Building and maintaining good relationships with existing and potential customers

Providing consultation and quotations for customers upon request

Understanding floor plan drawings given by customers to calculate area needed

Performing any other duties assigned by superior from time to time
