Full Time Barista Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Shogime Trading Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment properly.
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, equipment, and work area.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared consistently in terms of quality, taste, and presentation.
• Handle cashless/cash transactions when required.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Previous barista or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• No experience? Training will be provided.
