Full Time Finance Operations Team Lead Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Xetron Solutions Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle to support daily sales operations and ensure timely delivery of agreed customer requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
• Support sales order processing, order recognition, billing, and related administrative activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
• Ensure operational activities comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on outstanding operational matters when required.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Business Operations Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Escalate issues requiring management approval and support decision-making within the scope of authority.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business operations, order management, sales operations, finance operations, or the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sales order processing, billing procedures, and customer account coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external parties.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently within established procedures.
• Willingness to travel overseas occasionally for training, seminars, conferences, or business meetings.
• Based in Malaysia.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
