JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outsource Specialist to support our outsourced workforce operations and recruitment activities. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage customer requirements, and a passion for talent acquisition to ensure timely resource fulfillment.

Salary range: RM3,000 - RM4,500

Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage outsourced workforce and service delivery operations

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their workforce requirements

Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding

Monitor staffing fulfilment, attendance, and resource deployment

Track contractual obligations, SLA performance, and compliance requirements

Prepare headcount, recruitment, and operational reports

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address workforce and operational matters

Resolve employee and customer queries in a professional and timely manner

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 2-3 years of experience in outsourcing, staffing, recruitment, workforce management, or service delivery operations.
• Candidates with experience in recruitment, customer service, outsourcing, staffing, HR, or account management will have an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
