Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

• Experience in digital marketing, social media & event planning.

• Good communication skills and confident to speak in front of camera (live session).

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva (basic design skills).

• Strong communication & presentation skills.

• Creative, independent, and able to meet deadlines.

• Fresh graduate with strong potential are welcome to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the institution’s programs, courses, and events.

2. Conduct market research to understand student needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

3. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing, and online advertisements.

4. Plan and coordinate open days, school fairs, education expos, and other promotional events.

5. Work closely with the training team to generate leads and increase student enrolment.

6. Collaborate with Training departments to develop accurate and engaging marketing content.

7. Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners for student recruitment.

8. Monitor and analyse marketing performance and prepare reports with insights to management.

9. Ensure all marketing materials align with the institution’s branding and messaging guidelines.

10. Maintain and update the institution’s website, social media pages, and other communication channels.

11. Manage student inquiries and maintain lead databases for follow-ups.

12. Obtain approval from the COO before releasing any marketing materials (e.g. posters, videos, advertisements).

13. Host and manage live sessions on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote programmes.

14. Present course information clearly and engage with audiences during live sessions.

15. Respond to questions and comments in real-time during live sessions.
