Klinik Assistant Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Assist doctors in patient care and minor procedures.

-Manage patient registration, records, and appointments.

-Handle billing, payments, and insurance claims.

-Prepare medical instruments and dispense medication.

-Maintain clinic cleanliness and stock medical supplies.

-Provide customer service and assist in emergencies.

Requirements:

-SPM/Diploma in a related field (varies by clinic).

-Basic computer and communication skills.

-Prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
