Full Time Commis Baker Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in 3K Fine Food Johor - Maukerja

Minimum 1 year of experience in Bakery, Pastry, Cake Production, or a similar role.

Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry / Bakery is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of pastry and bakery production processes.

Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Willing to work in a production environment and follow company SOPs.

Assist in daily cake and pastry production according to standard recipes and production schedules.

Work in assigned production areas such as Mixing, Baking, Assembling, or Decoration.

Prepare ingredients and operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Follow company SOP, GMP, and food safety procedures at all times.

Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation meet company standards.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas, utensils, and equipment.

Assist the CDP in monitoring daily production flow and ensuring smooth operations.

Support the team in achieving daily production targets while maintaining product quality.

Report any production issues, equipment problems, or material shortages to the CDP.
