What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute HR strategies and policies that align with company objectives and support business growth
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Oversee employee relations matters, addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts with professionalism and discretion
• Design and coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with statutory requirements
• Ensure adherence to labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies across all HR operations
• Conduct workforce planning and analysis to support organisational staffing needs and talent acquisition
• Collaborate with line managers to provide HR guidance on operational matters and employee performance issues
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, generating reports for senior management review
• Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in a senior or executive capacity
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and statutory compliance requirements
• Proven experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, and performance management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities with attention to detail
• Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in manufacturing or automation industries is advantageous

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
