Full Time Procurement Manager Jobs, in Aurora Talent Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a hands-on Procurement Manager to lead our supply chain and purchasing strategy in Malaysia, supporting daily operations and major data center builds. You will own all CAPEX and OPEX spend categories, focusing on governance, cost savings, and top-tier vendor performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: 8+ years in procurement, ideally with a strong focus on MEP projects, construction, or critical infrastructure.
• Execution Skills: End-to-end experience with RFPs, tenders, contracts, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
• Network: A solid existing network of Malaysian infrastructure and construction vendors.
• Mindset: A strategic yet hands-on leader who is an expert negotiator, highly compliance-focused, and exceptional at managing stakeholders across teams.
