This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in CTG (Cartage) Department. Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

• Assist Transport Planners and Operations teams with daily tasks.
• Support Airfreight (AFR) & International Road (ITR) operations by responding to internal coordination needs.
• Learn end-to-end transport workflow for airfreight and cross-border shipments.

Transport Coordination Support

• Assist in preparing and updating Cartage Advice for AFR & ITR shipments.
• Support transport planning activities for shipment pickup and delivery.
• Learn how transport planning aligns with airline cut-off times and urgent shipments.

Vendor Follow-Up & Monitoring

• Assist in following up with transport vendors on pickup and delivery status.
• Monitor basic shipment movement updates provided by vendors.
• Learn how to identify delays and report issues to the Transport Planner.

To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. Intake for Oct 2026 onwards.
• It will be added advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• This internship location is at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

We welcome students with at least 4-6 months internship to apply with us! Successful candidate will be provided internship allowance on a monthly basis.
