Full Time Account Assistant- Officer (Contract Based) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Power Root Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Assist in handling daily accounting transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice verification and payment follow-up.
• Perform data entry and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the accounting system.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and reconciliation of accounts.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in preparing supporting documents for audits and tax-related matters.
• Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and relevant accounting procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on accounting-related matters.
• Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and invoices.
• Support the preparation of financial data and reports for management review.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

* Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting.

* Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks or similar).

* Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.

* Good time management and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with vendors and internal departments.

* Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

* Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis, report preparation, and dashboard development will be an added advantage.

* Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
