Full Time Purchasing Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Power Root Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

• Sourcing & Procurement: Actively monitor and purchase necessary raw materials and components, ensuring timely delivery to meet production schedules.
• Supplier Management: Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with approved suppliers, performing supplier assessments and updating supplier information.
• Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and specifications with suppliers to support optimal purchase decisions.
• Order Processing: Create, process, and follow up on purchase orders (POs) and shipments, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
• Inventory Control: Manage raw material stock adjustments, prepare stock reports, and ensure adequate stock levels for production.
• Compliance: Act as a company inspector for quality, environmental, and food safety management systems (like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000) and ensure adherence to FSC requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage various documents, including invoices, receiving reports, duty drawback documents, and other required submissions for customs and internal reporting.
• Coordination: Liaise with relevant parties, including suppliers, transporters, forwarding agents, and internal departments (store, production, accounts), for efficient operations and timely deliveries.
