Full Time QC-LAB CLERK Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,000 in Vance Bioenergy Johor - Maukerja

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration / Business or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) or SPM/STPM with relevant working experience.
• Basic knowledge or experience using SAP system is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Chemist to issue Certificates of Analysis (COA) for product shipment and local collection.
• To assist Chemist in chemical and laboratory inventory control, issuing Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) in SAP, and liaising with supplier (covering scopes received from QC, IETS and R&D).
• To process invoice and delivery order and submit to store and liaise with Accounts Department in case any issue arises (covering scopes received from QC, IETS & R&D).
• To receive Sample Request Form (SRF) from Sales Department for marketing samples, manage the sample from packing, preparing related documents, COA issuance and courier management.
• To assist Chemists with any documentation, filing and record keeping tasks.
• To assist Chemist with checking and filing of documentations in preparation for audit.
• To assist Chemist with sample and documents preparation to send to third party laboratories.
