Full Time QA ENGINEER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Globaltron-Plc Technologies Johor - Maukerja

A. Quality System Management

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and update quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Ensure proper control of quality records and documents.
• Support internal audits, external audits, and customer audits.

B. Quality Control and Inspection

• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ensure incoming materials, in-process products, and finished products meet specifications.
• Review inspection reports, test results, and quality records.
• Coordinate with the QC team to resolve inspection failures and non-conformities.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated.

C. Non-Conformance and Corrective Action

• Investigate customer complaints, internal defects, and product failures.
• Conduct root cause analysis using tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and 8D Reports.
• Establish and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken.
• Monitor defect rates, scrap, rework, and customer rejection trends.

D. Process Quality Improvement

• Work with Production, Engineering, and other departments to improve manufacturing processes.
• Identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures.
• Participate in process improvement projects to reduce defects and waste.
• Support the implementation of quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA where applicable.
• Monitor quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.

E. Customer and Supplier Quality

• Handle customer quality complaints and prepare investigation reports.
• Coordinate with customers on quality issues, corrective actions, and improvement plans.
• Work with Purchasing and suppliers to resolve incoming material quality problems.
• Evaluate supplier corrective action reports and monitor their effectiveness.
• Support customer requirements, product approvals, and quality documentation.

F. Production Support and Training

• Provide quality guidance to production personnel.
• Ensure employees follow approved procedures and quality standards.
• Conduct quality awareness training when required.
• Support new product introduction, process validation, and engineering changes.
• Escalate major quality issues to management and recommend appropriate containment actions.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
