Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Johore, Malaysia. The Real Estate Consultant will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, providing guidance throughout the entire transaction process. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing listings, managing client inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with lawyers, bankers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance with relevant regulations. The Real Estate Consultant will also participate in training programs, contribute to sales initiatives, and build long-term client relationships to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, preferably in Johore and surrounding areas.
• Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing property transactions.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to manage offers, counteroffers, and contract terms on behalf of clients.
• Interest or experience in Training, including willingness to attend and apply ERA Malaysia’s training programs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple listings, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant real estate license or eligibility to obtain one according to Malaysian regulations is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
