Full Time Project Management Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Arrow Systems Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, engineering, manufacturing, automation, packaging machinery, or food processing industries.

Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling tools.

Willing to travel locally and overseas when required.

Possess a valid driving licence.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Review technical specifications, drawings, and project documentation.

Oversee fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, FAT, and SAT activities.

Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when required.

Prepare project progress reports and attend project review meetings.

Support customer technical discussions and project-related issue resolution.

Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and project management procedures.
