Full Time Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 12,000 in Pinecone Technology Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional qualifications like ACCA, CPA, or MIA membership are a plus).

Experience: 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting or financial management experience. Prior experience in professional audit is strongly preferred.

Technical Skills: Sound knowledge of MFRS, financial reporting frameworks, and strong ledger management capabilities. Experience in fintech or financial services is an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

Financial Closing & General Ledger: Lead the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and ledger adjustments in alignment with MFRS and company policies.

Reconciliations & Cash Flow: Conduct routine bank and partner statement reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly while overseeing payment processing and collection flows under robust internal controls.

Reporting & Financial Analysis: Produce accurate financial statements, schedules, and variance reports for executive review and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Finance team and Shared Service Centre to ensure seamless, timely financial reporting.

Audit & Regulatory Compliance: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external auditors, preparing necessary schedules, documentation, and ensuring full compliance with MFRS and statutory requirements.

Ad-Hoc Projects: Support management with special initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.
