Job Description

A Cuts is looking for experienced and passionate Hairstylists to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are confident in hair services, enjoy working with customers and are motivated to grow their career in the hair and beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including haircuts, styling, colouring, treatments and other salon services.
• Consult with customers to understand their preferred hairstyle and recommend suitable services.
• Provide professional advice on hair care and suitable treatments.
• Ensure customers receive a high-quality and comfortable salon experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and salon area.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Promote suitable salon services and products.
• Achieve individual and team sales/commission targets.
• Follow company service standards and salon procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hairstylist is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hair cutting, styling and basic hair treatments.
• Experience in colouring, perming or other chemical services is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Creative, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Friendly, confident and professional personality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
