  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of fecebook customer service experience are encouraged to apply

  • Able to WORK FROM HOME

  • Able to speak and write Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Positive attitude, patient, and customer-oriented

  • Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a team

  • Basic computer skills (training will be provided)

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, or social media in a professional and friendly manner

  • Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system

  • Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience

  • Learn and understand company products/services to better assist customers
