What We Are Looking For

• Field Sales Instinct: 1 to 3+ years of outdoor face-to-face sales experience, paired with the hands-on willingness to manage on-site technical diagnostics.

• Technical Competence: Experience in handling digital handheld sensor diagnostics and explaining air quality reports to clients.

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia to effectively consult with clients and business stakeholders.

• Mobility: Must possess own transport, a valid Class D driver’s license, and deep familiarity with Johor routes

• B2B & B2C Network Building: Develop strategic partnerships with local Johor interior design (ID) firms, renovation contractors, and property developers.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect treated residential and commercial sites post-application to validate before-and-after air quality metrics and sign off on technical compliance.

Technical Sales Consultant – Indoor Air Quality (Nano223)

Work Preference: A fully active, field-based role.

This is a 100% on-site, active field role combining commercial sales consultation with hands-on technical application. You will spend your days traveling to client properties, conducting live air-quality tests, and closing service needs

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Sales & Consultations: Travel daily to residential homes, ID showrooms, and corporate sites across Johor to conduct live air diagnostic tests and secure Nano223 sales.

• Direct B2C Customer Engagement: Respond instantly to inbound consumer inquiries, traveling directly to newly renovated residential homes to conduct live, face-to-face consultations with property owners

• B2B Network Management: Build in-person relationships with local Johor interior designers, renovation contractors, furniture, pest control and property project managers to capture immediate client inquiries.

• Quality Inspections: Personally sign off on treated locations by conducting post-application air safety verifications alongside clients to ensure their service needs are completely fulfilled.
