machine operator

Responsibility

1. To carry out machining activities (Milling, Sandblast, Turning, CNC Lathe, CNC Milling, Grinding and etc.) to meet customer product requirements.

2. To produce high quality products for delivery.

3. To report any quality problem detected to Production Dept Head.

4. To ensure productivity and quality of products.

5. Implement ' 5S ' program at the production area.

6. Follow Production Dept Head instructions on executing machining activities.

7. To lead and implement 5S program at the manufacturing area.

8. Tasks that specified in Quality Management System.

9. Other task assigned by the superior.

QC

Responsibility

1. Carry out Qc inspection procedures such as Incoming, In-process and Outgoing Inspection.

2. Ensure that all quality records are well maintained for future reference purposes.

3. To report any quality problem detected to Production dept head / machinist.

4. Follow organization rules and regulations, and instructions from superior.

5. Tasks that specified in Quality Management System

6. Other task assigned by the superior.

CLERK

Responsible

1. Assist Management Representative on controlling entire organization documentation includes Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction, Drawing and Spec (internal or external).

2. Apply various methods on controlling documentation such as indexing, set up master list, stamping, filing, distribution control, and etc.

3. To monitor retention period and disposal of respective records

4. Tasks that specified in Quality Management System.

5. Other task assigned by the superior.

Driver / Production Support

Responsibility and Authority

1.1 Deliver goods and products to customers safely and in a timely manner.

1.2 Ensure the company lorry is properly maintained and kept in good working condition, including arranging routine servicing and reporting any defects or maintenance issues.

1.3 Assist with the arrangement, handling, loading, unloading, and proper storage of stocks and materials.

1.4 Assist the Production Department with daily operational activities and other production-related tasks as required.

1.5 Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,943.33 per month
