QA Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,250 in Taiki Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team in a manufacturing environment. The intern will gain practical experience in product quality inspection, quality documentation, data analysis, and manufacturing quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Support daily quality control activities and record inspection results.
• Assist in identifying product defects and reporting quality issues to the QA team.
• Help maintain quality documents, inspection records, and reports.
• Assist in analysing quality data and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Support investigations into quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and internal audits.
• Work closely with Production and other departments to maintain product quality.

Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work with different departments.
• Able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
