Full Time Production - Manufacturing Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in OSADI COMMERCIAL SUPPLIES SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, schedules, and performance objectives are achieved.
• Lead, supervise, and monitor production operators and technicians to ensure smooth operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure all production activities comply with established SOPs, safety regulations, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
• Monitor production performance, including productivity, yield, quality, manpower utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Identify production issues, troubleshoot operational challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
• Conduct shift handovers and communicate production updates, outstanding issues, and operational priorities to relevant teams.
• Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and workforce deployment to meet production requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, process efficiency, and overall operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and applicable manufacturing standards.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate production reports, shift records, and other relevant documentation.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to strengthen technical capabilities, teamwork, work discipline, and overall performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in production or manufacturing operations, preferably within the semiconductor, electronics, or MNC manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience supervising production operators, technicians, or manufacturing teams.
• Willingness to work on 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple operational priorities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with production KPIs, quality control processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing a sizeable production team and coordinating manpower to achieve production targets.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
