Role Overview

The HR & Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day HR administration and operational support across REKOOP’s two outlets, ensuring smooth manpower management, employee administration and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end

recruitment, onboarding and offboarding

.

Handle

MOM/work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

.

Manage

employee records, leave, attendance and payroll coordination

.

Prepare and coordinate

outlet staff schedules

for Club and Flex.

Support employee relations and general HR matters.

Manage

procurement of operational supplies and consumables

for both outlets.

Coordinate

supplier, contractor and vendor matters

.

Monitor and coordinate

machine/equipment servicing, maintenance and repairs

.

Follow up on operational issues across both outlets and ensure timely resolution.

Support management with ad-hoc HR and operational projects.

Maintain proper HR, procurement, maintenance and operational records.

Requirements

3–5 years' experience in HR, HR Operations, Administration or Operations.

Good knowledge of Singapore HR practices and MOM work pass processes.

Experience in payroll, scheduling and employee administration.

Strong organisational and coordination skills.

Independent, hands-on and able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working across two outlets and handling both HR and operational matters.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
