Full Time Treasury Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Times Ceramica Johor - Maukerja

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

• Good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Required excellent skill in excel.
• Posses good attitude, analytical and meticulous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checking bank transaction (Incoming fund)
• AR, AP, CN, DN Reconciliation.
• Sent bank slip to requester/supplier.
• Preparing TT Form + Form P.
• Preparing Form R + Proforma Invoice.
• Preparing form Cancel Order + Proforma Invoice.
• Contra AR PR (Refund)
• Preparing payment listing and upload batch payment.
• Prepare the claim for Petty Cash.
• Preparing AR Aging Report (Sales & Scrap).
• Preparing Bank Book Report.
• Update exchange rate from Bank Negara into U8 System (early morning).
• Preparing AP Aging Report (Purchases).
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Revaluation & Closing Bank Book.
• Petty Cash withdrawal at Maybank Pasir Gudang.
• Preparing Bank Book Report for end of month.
• Prepare petty cash report by monthly.
• Adhoc tack.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
