Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level qualification or 2 years working experience in related field

Fresh graduates in the related industry may be encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required, both written and spoken.

Must be willing to work full-time at the Seri Kembangan or Kajang location.

Ability to handle basic accounting and administrative tasks.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.

Manage and maintain proper filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

Assist in basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation.

Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records of expenditures.

Coordinate office activities and events, including scheduling meetings and arranging logistics.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Support the accounting department with tasks such as preparing financial reports and assisting with audits.
