Full Time Sales -Executive - Senior Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Interlec Electrical Supplies Johor - Maukerja

This position is available at our branch in Johor.

Salary:

Executive / Senior Executive: RM2,800 – RM4,000

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
• Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information, recommendations and solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, purchase orders and delivery schedules.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and departmental sales targets.
• Identify potential markets, generate leads and expand the Company's customer base.
• Manage customer accounts, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, outstanding invoices and support timely debt collection.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with key customers and business partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and business operations.
• Support, guide and coordinate sales team activities where applicable.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Good business development, customer management and sales planning abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
