Minimum Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management).

1-2 years of proven experience in a supervisory or assistant supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated experience in quality control processes and ensuring adherence to standards.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Solid understanding of inventory management principles and practices.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Experience in production management, including workflow optimization and efficiency improvements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively liaise with diverse team members and stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively in an onsite, full-time capacity at our Pelabuhan Klang facility.

Assist the Supervisor in overseeing daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Provide guidance and direct the work of a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Monitor production processes, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.

Support inventory management by tracking materials, ensuring adequate stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement team.

Conduct quality control checks on finished products, identify defects, and report findings to the Supervisor for further action.

Train new team members on production procedures, safety protocols, and quality requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

Maintain accurate production records and assist in generating reports on performance and output.
