Full Time Customer Service Executive (Retail Sales) - IOI City Mall Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Diamond & Platinum Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related discipline.

Preferably with experience in retail sales, customer service or hospitality.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage.

Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.

Sales-driven, result-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and retail working hours.

Candidates with jewellery sales experience, GG, GIA or Jewellery Design qualifications will have an added advantage.

Provide excellent customer service through personalised assistance and product knowledge.

Assist customers with product enquiries, jewellery selections and purchasing decisions.

Drive sales by meeting sales targets and promoting products effectively.

Maintain high standards of showroom presentation and product displays.

Handle administrative tasks, including processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.

Build positive customer relationships to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
