Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributions and key retail partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor products visibility, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and execution of promotions.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts and market insight to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement and follow-up.

Job Requirements :

• At least Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word , Power Point)
• Willing to work at Kapar, Selangor

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
