Full Time WORK LEADER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in Artans Construction Johor - Maukerja

Job Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; technical certification is an advantage.

2. At least 2–3 years of experience as a Work Leader or in a similar position within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.

3. Experience in construction, maintenance, fabrication or plant work is an advantage.

4. Good leadership, communication and workforce coordination skills.

5. Familiar with HSE requirements, PTW systems and oil and gas site procedures.

6. Must be willing to work at the project site in Pengerang, Johor.

7. Valid site safety certificates such as OGSP or other relevant certifications are an advantage, subject to project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities in oil and gas construction projects.

2. Lead and assign tasks to workers according to project schedules, work instructions and priorities.

3. Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications and procedures.

4. Monitor workers' compliance with HSE requirements, permit-to-work (PTW) conditions and site safety regulations.

5. Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth site operations.

6. Monitor work progress, manpower, tools, equipment and materials at the worksite.

7. Identify site issues and report work delays or technical problems to the site management team.

8. Prepare daily work progress reports and ensure proper housekeeping at the worksite.
