Position: Junior Live Host
Location: Bukit Mertajam, Penang, Malaysia

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and creative Junior Live Host to host live-streaming sessions on social media and e-commerce platforms. The successful candidate will promote company products, engage with viewers, answer customer enquiries, and support online sales through engaging live presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Host live-streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and other social media platforms.
• Introduce and promote company products, including product features, benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
• Engage with viewers, respond to comments, and answer customer questions professionally.
• Encourage viewers to purchase products and achieve live-streaming sales targets.
• Prepare product knowledge and live-streaming content before each session.
• Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to plan live-streaming schedules and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor live-streaming performance, viewer engagement, and sales results.
• Assist with recording short videos, creating promotional content, and supporting other social media activities.
• Ensure the live-streaming area, products, and equipment are properly prepared before each session.
• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and a confident, presentable personality.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera for extended periods.
• Interested in social media, online selling, and digital marketing.
• Willing to learn product knowledge and live-streaming techniques.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays when required.
• Previous live-hosting, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
