Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Experience in sheet metal punching or metal fabrication is preferred.

Experience operating CNC punching machines is an advantage.

Able to read engineering drawings and use basic measuring instruments.

Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

Willing to work overtime when required.

Operate punching machines to perform sheet metal punching according to production requirements.

Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions and production specifications.

Set up machines, select appropriate tooling and adjust machine parameters when required.

Inspect punched parts to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.

Identify machine abnormalities and report any defects or issues to the supervisor.

Follow machine safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised workplace.

Meet production targets and minimise material wastage.
