Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, site mobilization, and construction progress for roads and bridges.
• Timeline & Budget: Monitor project schedules, control expenditures, and manage progress claims.
• Stakeholder Relations: Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and local authorities to secure project clearances.
• Quality & Safety: Enforce strict QA/QC standards and site safety (OSH) regulations to minimize risks.
• Reporting: Update senior management regularly on project milestones, bottlenecks, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Requirements
• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 5–7 years of solid site experience in civil infrastructure, with a hands-on track record in highway upgrades or bridge structures.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of structural concrete, drainage systems, and project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera P6).
• Mindset: Highly energetic, resilient, and possesses a sharp, proactive problem-solving attitude on-site.
