Full Time Mechanical Engineer Jobs, in Congatec Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Tasks:

• Design of mechanical components - standard products, customization of standard products
• Create concepts and specifications of mechanical parts regarding thermal function, fitting for assembly such as cable, components PCB layout with respect to costs (overall) - DFC
• Choose suitable material for the mechanical design
• Create 3D-models of mechanical parts and complete assembly
• Design cooling solutions for computer modules (Solidworks) and/or special cooling solutions according to customers requirements
• Thermal simulations (Solidworks – Flow Simulation)
• Evaluate changes requested by supplier including communication and documentation
• Data management of design and related parts (prepare, create, maintain documents and other data)
• Validate mechanical parts and test including reporting/ documentation of results

Profile:

• University degree in mechanical engineering or comparable professional experience
• Knowledge of 3D CAD systems (Solidworks)
• Design of cooling solution for electronic systems - active/passive cooling
• Knowledge of thermal simulations
• Ability to find functional, cost effective and esthetic solutions
• Good spoken and written English
