Full Time Senior Logistics - Procurement Executive Jobs, in Quess Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best purchase prices and terms, ensuring reasonable procurement costs.
• Develop purchasing plans based on production or business needs to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
• Develop new suppliers, evaluate potential suppliers, and establish and maintain supplier records to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
• Handle daily warehouse operations, including receiving, issuing, and recording goods. Update inventory information promptly and ensure stock records are accurate.
• Assist with import and export customs clearance by preparing documents, tracking clearance progress, and coordinating with the import/export department.
• Maintain close communication with logistics carriers, track transportation status, report delivery issues, and coordinate solutions.
• Print shipping labels accurately according to shipping orders.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Purchasing Management, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Training in purchasing skills, business negotiation, commercial law, and product knowledge is preferred.
• At least one year of purchasing experience in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
• Experience in material procurement, purchasing management, and sourcing is preferred.
• Familiar with material purchasing processes and SAP operations.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of the mechanical manufacturing industry.
