Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional financial advice and recommend suitable investment and wealth management solutions based on clients’ financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients to enhance customer satisfaction, trust, and long-term engagement.
• Identify clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate financial planning and investment products.
• Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and advisory quality.
• Ensure sales activities, client documentation, and financial advisory processes comply with the bank’s internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including the Financial Advisers Act (FAA).
• Complete all required documentation and compliance procedures accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client service and support business growth.

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognised university degree.
• Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of working experience.
• Candidates without prior banking experience are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate an understanding of wealth management, financial planning, and investment products.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving sales objectives.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
• Resourceful, independent, and able to manage responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise in financial advisory and wealth management.
