Experience in manufacturing, factory maintenance or production equipment maintenance is preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, sensors, control systems and machine troubleshooting.

Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to work with hand tools and testing equipment.

Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Able to identify machine faults and carry out appropriate corrective action.

Able to work independently as well as support the production team.

Good understanding of workplace safety, maintenance procedures and production processes.

Experience with VFD/inverter, PLC, pneumatic/hydraulic systems or industrial machinery is an added advantage.

Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.

Perform routine maintenance, servicing, inspection and repair of production machines and factory equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, motors, switches, sensors, control panels and related components.

Carry out basic mechanical repairs on machines, pumps, conveyors and other production equipment.

Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and take corrective action to minimize production downtime.

Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines remain in good operating condition.

Assist with machine installation, modification, improvement and commissioning activities.

Operate and handle machines safely during maintenance and production activities.

Follow company procedures, work instructions, safety requirements and compliance standards.

Monitor machine condition and identify potential problems before major breakdowns occur.

Maintain proper maintenance records and report machine issues, repairs and parts replacement.

Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and do not compromise product quality or production processes.

Perform other technical and maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
