Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or other related fields.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain are preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly attentive to data accuracy.

Candidates who are able to communicate and work in both Mandarin and English are preferred.

Candidates with extensive experience may be considered with relaxed requirements.

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Receive, input, and follow up on logistics orders throughout the entire process.

Monitor shipment, transportation, arrival, and delivery progress.

Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport companies, warehouses, and other relevant parties.

Prepare and review logistics and import/export-related documents.

Follow up on customs declaration, customs clearance, and cargo release procedures.

Track shipment status and handle transportation-related issues or delays.

Update logistics systems and Excel records, and prepare relevant reports.

Coordinate shipment arrangements with Procurement, Sales, Production, Warehouse, and other departments.

Maintain logistics documentation and verify transportation-related expenses.
